I am proud to share to you that the meeting last June 6, 2009 turned out great.
I know it is not something new that whenever we get to see each other we always have fun. Considering that this get-together of sorts were done inside a bar, the amount of good things discussed was pleasantly surprising.
Anyway, here are the important agendas discussed last siksiksikonayn as I recall it. Ms. Zeny took care of the minutes of the said meeting but are still preoccupied with her work. 1. The Batch 1995 shirt is now ready for ordering. It will be our shirt for August 16, 2009. Proceeds from its sale will go to our batch fund and some portions are planned to be donated to the ASMSI fund.
2. Piggy bank. Ms. Mina Salud and Ms. Nova Estabaya will provide 50 piggy banks each. It will be distributed on August 16, 2009 us or anyone who are interested to support this project. The piggy bank will be our batch's way of saving little amounts of money. This piggy banks will be returned on March 2010 as our batch donation to FACFI. Visit the site for more details.
3. Outreach programs. Ms. Shirley Martinez brought up the idea of engaging in outreach programs under the auspices of Hands On Manila. As per the discussions, we have set July 25, 2009 as the day when we will request for a scheduled orientation at Mina Salud's office in Makati to Hands on Manila.
By July 18, 2009, the minimum of 10 interested individuals should be finalized.
So far, ito pa lang ang narerecall ko. I will update this once Zeny will give me a copy of the minutes.
We can make these happen. ;)
