Order your Batch 1995 Shirt now!

Hello batchmates! It has been a while since our Batch blog has been updated. Those interested can now order their Batch 1995 Shirt.

The Batch 1995 Shirt is planned to be worn on August 16, 2009 Foundation Day celebrations. The simple design was created by our batchmate Edwin Ballaran and was chosen thru voting. It is only available in green color, the preferred batch color for this coming event.

The shirt is priced at 300 Php each and available sizes are Small, Medium, Large and Xtra Large. The designs will be embroidered on the shirt. The supplier for our shirt is courtesy of the canvassing efforts of Ms. Mendy Regondola.

To order, you can pay personally to Ms. Zeny Villapando or Ms. Mina Salud or deposit your payments to the bank account details listed below. To be more organized, Zeny will be assigned to the gentlemen's payments and Mina for the ladies.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: Once you have deposited your payment, please save the deposit slip for future reference. Then inform Zeny or Mina of your payment by texting your complete name and the size of the shirt you want. Please include the payment details like amount and bank branch.

Once the payment has been verified, they will confirm your order with a text reply. As these two ladies may be busy with their respective work, please allot reasonable time in waiting for their response.

The minimum number of shirts required is 50 pieces. When 50 payments have been reached, the shirt will be ordered to the supplier. Be among the first 50 to order. Otherwise, you would have to wait for the next 50 for your shirt.

This initiative is aimed at fostering unity among us, Batch 1995 graduates of SOM, and is purely voluntary. Sponsors are most welcome. Proceeds from the sale of the shirt will go to our Batch fund and will be used for alumni related projects. A report will be published here for transparency purposes.
